Acceptance

By using Within Cooee, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

You agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly. You must not abuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or other user accounts.

Accounts

You are responsible for account activity under your login and for keeping your credentials secure.

User Content

If you submit content (including photos, comments, suggestions, or location updates), you confirm you have rights to share it and grant us permission to host and display it to operate the service.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post content that is offensive, explicit, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, illegal, deceptive, or that infringes anyone else’s rights or privacy.

Photos are screened automatically before they appear, and anyone can report content or block another contributor from within the app. We review reported content and remove anything that breaches these terms, usually within 24 hours. Accounts that repeatedly post objectionable content will be removed.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue app features at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version in the app.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or safety and abuse concerns.
